Many of our family members are gathering at the Best Western in Woodburn, Oregon tonight.
This afternoon, we set up for Mom's memorial and lunch and then finished up emptying Mom's apartment at the assisted living unit where she lived for the last six months.
All of the pieces are in place for a full day tomorrow. We will be joined by local family and friends to celebrate Mom's life and bid her farewell.
I'll be thinking about you and your family, Linda. I know it will be a painful, but beautiful day of celebrating your wonderful mother's life.

ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear the loss of your mother. Although are parents age, it is always difficult to hear of their passing. I still miss my dad after 10 years.
