Title?

I couldn't decide what to call this post, probably because I didn't really have a reason to post one, but I thought I should check in, so I wanted to try, and  see what happens.

As you know, I like to post lots of photos, but I am having trouble with my iCloud photos on both of my computers. They don't want to open. I have no idea why, so I am trying to work around it.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Well, it is two days later, but this evening I have finally found a fix to my iCloud photo problem, and I am quite pleased with my self. It took too much time and too many failed attempts but finally the right Googling took me to the fix, uninstalling and reinstalling iCloud.

The Cannas are beginning to bloom.

There's just something special about sunflowers in blue bottles. Maybe it's the Swedish in me.

Giant ones stay in the garden.

This hydrangia is called Pinky Winky. My sister-in- law thought that was way to gay sounding, but gay can also mean happy, as it used to. These are happy flowers.

The lilies in the rose bed have put on an extravaganza, especially the white Casablancas.

I picked a couple of single lilies to bring in the house. They have lasted over a week, and the fragrance is wonderful.

And now I think I can call it an evening. I have my photo fun back.

  1. Well, I didn't think anything was wrong with the name Pinkey Winkey. The flowers look like they're winking pink on some parts. Didn't even think about them being gay except being joyful! Linda in Kansas

  3. Such lovely flowers. The Pinky Winky look like froth, and the white lilies are stunning.
Glad you were able to fix the issue with your photo storage.

  4. I hate dealing with computer glitches. I like lilies so you gave me lots to look at. I didn't know that there were so many varieties of lilies.

  5. Enjoyed your pics, Linda. I'm surfing through blogs this morning as the repair people are replacing our A/C. It was old and died on Monday. Getting through the week with it in the 90's outside hasn't been fun... but with all our fans has been bearable.

  7. Congrats on making it work! (I am binge watching Project Runway). My daughter in Seattle keeps telling me to come up and see the flowers, etc. I am enjoying them from my perch via your blog. Mahalo!

  9. You should be pleased with yourself for fixing the photo problem. I still can't send pictures from my iPhone to the computer. I can send them to Dan, and he sends them for me. I Google how to fix the problem but still can understand how to fix it. Anyhow, those are the most beautiful flowers I've seen all summer long. The colors are amazing. I name your post, "Computer Whiz and Garden Pro".
