It's five o'clock on a sunny afternoon at Useless Bay on Whidbey Island. I am slowly achieving uselessness.
Today is my 72nd birthday. After a week of getting ready for our Open Garden, and then hosting our visitors yesterday, we packed up and came to the cabin last evening to join Jill and the kids for a family get-away.
Tom and I will return home Monday evening and then I will catch you up on our adventures, and there will be more photos.
But for now, I am tired and lazy and may not even get your posts read and commented on.
I won't be away for long.
I will eat cake!
I'll see you later.
Happy Birthday Linda! Enjoy being useless, and I bet that cake tastes delicious.
