Philadelphia Update

We had a good day of touring Monday, our History Day.  I have lots of photos, but my lap top and our hotel hook up are too slow to handle them.  Here is just a tease.  The rest will have to wait until we return home.

It's raining this morning, but will be clearing soon.  We are off to breakfast and then more touring, until we come back to the hotel to rest up for tonight's Sounders soccer match.

  1. Just a tease? That's as many pictures as I ever post, but I know you are much more generous with yours, and I do look forward to them, Linda. Have a great time and GO SOUNDERS! :-)

  4. I have never been to Philadelphia, though I lived in New York City for 5-1/2 years back in the 1970s.
    Your photos are lovely.

  6. I am assuming that is "the bell." What a historic city. I would love to go back as an adult but will have to make do with your lovely shots for now. Thank you.
    Hope your Sounders win.

  7. I always like to see old buildings kept in great shape. Yes we have beautiful buildings today, but I like the old ones.

  10. Beautiful! All areas are not created equal when it comes to internet connections, that is for sure.

I had better luck with my phone than I did with the laptop last week.

    Hugs,
    Kathy M.
