There were yummy clam fritters for dinner tonight. Those three and a half clams made four crispy, meaty fritters. So -- not a complete failure.
If you haven't already, you need to scroll down and read the post "April Fool" to know what this is about. :-)
Looks good, I have never tasted a clam fritter, I am glad your trip wasn't a complete failure! :)

ReplyDeleteYou do everything just perfect! Those plates of food are so pretty and delicious looking. I've read your April Fool post. I am always amazed. I want to do some of the fun things that you and Tom do. The food, the flowers, the beach, having fun together!
ReplyDeleteClam fritters are my favorite. So you got just the right amount for a meal. :-)

ReplyDeleteIt's the salad that is making my mouth water. Looks yummy.
ReplyDeleteWeather---what is going on? Did we make Ma Nature mad or something??? We used to dig clams at Matches Point up North near Anacortes but that area has been closed for a couple of years now. don't know why. You all have been busy busy busy. Read your Wild Wednesday post and that was a LOOONG day. but certainly enjoyable.
