Oh, No, Sounders!

After working on tifo with the guys yesterday, I brought some scraps home and whipped up two new, smaller flags, which are easier for me to wave. They're 24x36. We took them to the match today.

The clouds cleared off, the sun came out, and 36,000 people were ready for a good time. But only a few San Jose fans left happy, as our Sounders fell 1-0. The flags were fun, but obviously of no help.

That VERY BIG stuff? Not yet.

  1. The flags are gorgeous and I can just imagine how much fun it was to wave them. Sorry for the loss though...
Just like the Cubs, wait until the next time.

  3. How COULD they? When they have you rooting for them, I am also hoping they win because it will make you so happy. (Otherwise I really don't care much, but for you...)

  5. Perhaps they'll feel the energy from those beautiful flags and all of your efforts in the next game!

  6. I am so amazed by the flags. I cannot imagine what a sight it must be to see a sea of flags waving in the stadium.

  7. Perfect hand held flags--you are a super sew-er and in the garden a super sower. LOL MB
