Daily Life of a Retired Teacher Living in Seattle
What kind of tree are they from? Just beautiful!
The leaves are from the fernleaf full-moon maple in the front yard.
I hope those leaves don't blow into your house!
Wow! Those leaves are just so gorgeous! I love the different colors on each leaf. Each one is a sample of Nature's masterpiece.
My ground is covered too. I love the leaves on the ground. We have 4 Sycamore trees and when their leaves drop it is huge. Well their leaves are hug. I leave them on the ground til Spring--usually.Regarding you comment on my blog---Amen! We have it all here but let's not tell anyone or they will be here too. LOL MB
Me, too! At least cleaning them up provides an opportunity to be outside.
Lovely leaves and I agree..wished they were back on the trees. Next week Mark will mow the lawn one more time and mow all the leaves as well. Kill two birds with one stone!
Beautiful photo of your leaves, Linda. My husband surely wishes the leaves in our yard were back on the trees, too. Especially those darned oak leaves, which seem to be endless in number.
When the leaves fall I can see my neighbors' house. During the summer we have a private space. On the other hand - only six more weeks until the days start getting longer again!
Oh my..these are so pretty....
