Christmas Update.

It has been very busy here in Fort Morgan since we arrived Tuesday afternoon. I'll give you a run down later, after I get home. It's five o'clock on Christmas Day. The house is bulging with new Christmas toys for young and old. Christmas dinner has been enjoyed to it's (and my) FULLEST! The leftovers are stowed away, the clean up is done, Corey is back at work on patrol, the other adults are in an overeating stupor, and the kids are playing with their toys. We still are learning how to work some of our high tech toys, for both young and old. R2D2 isn't following his commands very well. The problem is the toys are smarter than we are, I fear. We're planning a slow day tomorrow. No more cooking or shopping or wrapping. Just lounging and playing and enjoying the sunshine, and maybe some football on TV. Wishing you all a peaceful Sunday.

  1. Sounds like you've had a wonderful day. I do envy you the packed up and put away surroundings. My house still looks like a disaster area. I'll tackle it tomorrow morning, honest.

  5. Yes, I know the feeling. My brother and sister-in-law just left and for the first time in over a week, it's very quiet and I have no cooking to do. We may even do carryout tonight!

Can't wait to see your photos.
