I don't usually participate in this meme, but it did get me to thinking about what might be blooming on that hot, smoky day in my garden, so I took my camera and went out to see what I could find. About 130 photos later, I decided there was more than I realized.
I'll post the results over several days, and try to group plants in categories. We;ll see how this turns out.
Roses:
Hydrangeas
Fuchsias:
Dahlias:
There are more dahlias, but that's enough.
How about what's towering over the dahlias? Sunflowers!
More to come! I might have to look up a few plant names on the next bunch.
Ah, so much beauty! Roses always make me sigh with pleasure. I really should take the plunge and plant at least one. But how on earth would I choose which one?
